Job Description

Sr Cloud Engineer:  Ø  Design and implement secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions and be responsible for driving architecture, design, development, security and operations. Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints.  Ø  Collaborate with engineers and software developers to select appropriate cloud systems architecture that meets the requirements. Designing and deploying dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on the Cloud. Selecting appropriate Cloud services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements  Ø  Designing and implementing scaled cloud systems with a focus on solution architecture, using a range of tools and services, infrastructure-as-code, DevSecOps and security engineering practices. Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems  Ø  Agile DevOps process using JIRA (including breaking down work into modular tasks, updating/tracking task status/work log entries for sprint management), Stash/Git (source code management including branching strategy, code review), Jenkins (automated builds, automated unit test cases, sonarqube analysis) and Chef/Ansible (auto deployment using zero down time application deployment techniques).  Ø  Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of information systems. Ø  Direct the installation of operating systems, network or application software, or computer or network hardware.  Ø  Configure cloud networks, servers (Windows, Linux),  Databases (Amazon Redshift), storage (EBS, S3) as per the application architecture. Define and maintain standards, best practices for managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources and ensuring teams follow appropriate processes  Ø  Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues. Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness, and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements. Perform security analyses of developed application environment  Ø  Research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes. Manage the access control and privilege access to applications, workloads, OSes, features and functionalities inside the AWS subscription. Monitor computer system performance, network (Nagios, Solarwinds) to ensure proper operation.  Ø  Prepare analytical reports. Lead in the capacity planning and performance management of the AWS cloud infrastructure. Lead in the analysis, diagnosis and resolution of faults for AWS cloud operations  Ø  Task automation via scripting such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language. Provide technical support for software maintenance or use.  Ø  Recommend changes to improve operational costs. Implement and test the disaster recovery and ensure proper functioning. Adhere and participate in change management, problem management, release management, configuration management, disaster recovery and other ITIL processes. Business Intelligence Analyst:  Develop report program based on data information with emphasis on Business Intelligence and enterprise analysis.  Develop business intelligence solutions and conduct advanced analytics to identify opportunities and strengths to meet business goals.  Establish long-term and value-added relationships with assigned business partners to educate and develop the analytic capability of business customers and the organization.  Create and maintain data visualizations to train, inform, and engage business partners on key metrics and performance measures.  Collaborate with enterprise data warehouse, data governance, and business teams on data quality issues, as well as architecture or structure of data repositories.  Work with cross-functional teams to structure problems, identify appropriate data sources, extract data, and develop integrated information delivery solutions.  Play key roles in medium to large projects (e.g., data modeler, data architect).  Participate and provide technical leadership in all phases of BI projects: from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.  Perform cleansing, de-duplication, and harmonization of data across various systems.  Support the planning and coordination of data governance activities.  Develop and maintain an enterprise data architecture roadmap to improve the maturity and effectiveness of enterprise data management.  Create Self Service building blocks for the user community to build their own reporting templates thru Analysis for Office.  Create Analytical Privileges to demonstrate data security.  Develop watermark reports in crystal, lead the team to build the crystal reports based on reporting requirements. • Knowledge of all standard SAP PI adapters.  Thorough knowledge of AAE, Client and Server Proxies.  
• Experience in mapping techniques like Graphical, XSLT, Java, etc

• Complete understanding of SOA Integration and Web Services Architecture.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects with scheduled deadlines.
